  • All persons must register at the office. Late Arrivals must register by 10am to the following morning. Site holder expressly assumes all liability for any claims, damages or injury arising from any of his/her acts or acts of his/her guests, agents or personal property. Site holder to be present if site is in use. Subleasing is not permitted. No full-time residency permitted.
  • All vehicles must display card placard in the window or will be towed at owner’s expense. Resort speed limit is 5 HPH. No unlicensed off-road vehicles to operate in the resort. All golf cart operators must hold a current drivers license. No parking of vehicles including golf carts on the beach, grass areas or fire lanes. All roads are considered fire lanes. Vehicles, watercraft, golf carts illegally parked will be towed at owner’s expense. Overflow parking 3 days only. Items left in overflow longer than 3 days will incur storage and spot fees. Storage is available for a fee.
  • No lifeguard on duty. Parents must supervise children at all times. Water sports, motorsports and actions sports are inherently dangerous. Guests assume all risk and liabilities for themselves as well as any dependent and minor children in their party. No launching off the beach.
  • No site alterations. Sites must be kept clean at all times. Only outdoor furnishings are permitted. Sewer connection to be screwed in at all times. Private business is not permitted within the park. Water should be ran for10 minutes before hooking up as lines may have been inactive. Water is for bathing only. Bottled and filtered water is available at the office. No tent stakes or ground perforation is allowed
  • Quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 5:00am
  • RV site occupancy is 4 persons: 1 RV, 2 vehicles. Bungalow occupancy is 4 persons: Sleeps 2, max persons 4, security deposit required. Upon vacating remove all food and trash, return key to office.
  • Trash to be deposited in designated areas only. Hazardous materials are not permitted on site. No household furnishings or hazardous waste to be deposited in the trash cans. Pets- Pet deposit required. Pets are not to be left unattended, must be on leash and owner must clean up after pet.
  • Electric will be charged based on kilowatt used metered monthly, due the first of each month. All units left on site past ending period will be towed to Castle Rock Shores LLC storage at owner's expense. Castle Rock Shores LLC, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), employees and agents to be held harmless for any loss, damage or injury. A site rate includes a maximum of 4 persons to be listed above unless otherwise authorized. User will be responsible to make sure any additional guests check in at the office, pay any applicable charges, and follow all park rules. User authorizes Castle Rock Shores LLC to send emails to the address given. Castle Rock Shores LLC is a concessionaire of the BLM- all BLM rules must be followed. User expressly assumes all liability for any claim, damages or injury arising from any of his/hers acts or acts of his/hers guest, and agents or personal property. Site user must be present if site is being used. Site is month to month use, no fulltime residency living, no sub-leasing or business from the site. River Lodge Resort LLC maintains a no refund policy for rents or deposits paid. Sites to be neat and orderly at all times, no bulk gasoline or oil to be stored. User has reviewed and agrees to the follow all park rules:
  • Resort rents are due on the 1st of each month. Any payments received after the 10th will be subject to a 15% late fee. Payments 30 days past due will have items removed to storage and a lien process will proceed. Owner will be responsible to pay all resort rents, late fees and lien fees incurred to remedy. The resort does not send out monthly statements. Any NSF checks has a fee of $50.00.
  • Guests accept camping privileges and amenities uses with the understanding that they do hereby release/indemnify and hold harmless the resort, officers, employees and The Bureau of Land Management of any liabilities for loss or damage to their property or any injuries to any person or member of the group or guest arising out of any and all resort facilities. Fire restrictions and regulations for the Resort, City, County, State, Federal and BLM rules and laws are to be followed at all times. Fireworks are not permitted. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Management reserves the right to terminate this agreement and give notice of termination. Resort reserves the right to send emails to the address provided. Guests not following resort rules will forfeit all monies paid. All rents and site deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All Resort, County, City, State, Federal and BML rules and laws apply. I have read and understand the above written policies and agree with the content.
  • All golf carts must be driven by licensed operators, not to exceed 5 MPH, never recklessly. Golf carts to be driven on streets or designated areas only. Golf cart operators are to follow all general rules as stated above. Golf carts must have lists on while operating from ½ hour prior to dusk and ½ hour after dawn.
  • Any injuries to any person or member of the group or guest arising out of any and all resort facilities. Fire restrictions and regulations for the Resort, City, County, State, Federal and BLM rules and laws are to be followed at all times. Fireworks are not permitted. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Management reserves the right to terminate this agreement and give notice of termination. Resort reserves the right to send emails to the address provided. Guests not following resort rules will forfeit all monies paid. All rents and site deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All Resort, County, City, State, Federal and BML rules and laws apply. I have read and understand the above written policies and agree with the content.
